Bio:
Thaisla has been involved with business planning and management, marketing, and customer service since 1997. Before joining The Plaza Group, she worked as the Marketing & Sales Director for an electronics import and distribution company in Brazil. Her assignments included the planning and execution of products, sales, distribution channel layout, logistic and customer service management.

Education:
Thai is fluent in Portuguese and holds a Bachelor of Communication and Arts of Advertising from the Catholic University of Salvador, a Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration from Federal University of Bahia and a Post Graduate Degree in Marketing from Salvador University.
