Bio:
Mr. Nordaker retired in 2001 as a Managing Director of Refining and Petrochemicals for JPMorganChase's energy group. His background includes traditional bank lending, project finance, leverage buy-outs, investment banking and capital market products for petrochemical, oil refining, pipeline, and commodity/specialty/basic chemical companies. In various capacities, he worked on several international projects and financings. Since retirement from JPM, Mr. Nordaker has been a financial consultant to various companies in the area of acquisitions, divestures, restructurings, and CFO duties. Prior to his 20 years with JPMorganChase and its predecessors, Mr. Nordaker was Manager of Projects for an engineering consulting firm for 5 years and worked as a Chemical Engineer for UOP (Universal Oil Products) for 9 years. He received his BS in Chemical Engineering from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology and an MBA from University of Houston. He currently lives in Houston.
