Bio:
Giuseppe Maniscalco, age 59, over 25 years experience in positions in the chemical industry of increasing responsibility in major corporations, starting from process engineer to Sr Vice President. Exposed, involved or responsible for all activities and operations of a large corporation. Including: process design of chemical plants, marketing and sales of a variety of chemical products, strategic planning, acquisitions, dismissions, reorganization of companies/activities, litigations and settlements of all types.

Education:
Giuseppe recieved his Doctorate in chemical engineering in1974 from the University of Bologna, Italy. He also attended postdoctoral school of advanced chemical engineering technology, 1976 SOGESTA Urbino, Italy where he studied advanced theoretical engineering principles and mathematical simulation of chemical plants. Additionally, he completed an Advanced Management Program atTexaco Inc., White Plains, NY in 1980.
